Our statement regarding COVID-19

 

To all our valued customers,

We at Charlie's Fixtures, the health, wellness and safety of our customers and employees has always been our top priority and at the center of everything we do. Given the heightened focus and quickly changing nature of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely following the public health recommendations of the local and state health departments, the Center for Disease Control & Prevention and the World Health Organization to ensure that our customers and employees remain safe and healthy.

In line with this, we are closing our doors to walk-in customers but here are the services we will still provide:

 

• Buy online and pick-up – We understand that you still need your supplies ASAP. Place an order online for curb side pickup. We will do our best to put together your order as quickly as possible.
• Phone calls – Our headquarters phone line (833-580-0008) is still open to answer all your inquiries and we will be happy to assist you.
• Deliveries – Delivery services are still available on a case-to-case basis.

 

We will also shorten our business hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm only.
