Receipt of Delivery

Upon signing, you take full responsibility. Charlie’s Fixtures won't replace items once the receipt is signed. No responsibility for damaged items if accepted.


Multiple Items

We ship orders when all items are available. Contact sales@charliesfixtures.com for splitting orders, with additional charges.


Back Ordered Items

Shipment is delayed until all items are available. You'll be notified and given choices.


Lift-gate Service

No, it's not included. Choose lift-gate service during checkout or unload the shipment yourself. Failure results in additional re-delivery charges.


Delayed Delivery

We'll notify you. We're not liable for losses due to late delivery. If backordered, you can choose to retain or substitute.


Failed Shipment

You're responsible for all charges if delivery fails due to an undeliverable address, lack of lift-gate request, unavailability, or inability to contact the buyer.


Delivery Limitations

Risk

Risk passes upon delivery. Late delivery due to buyer's breach transfers risk at the expected delivery date. We're not liable for losses or damages post-delivery due to buyer's breach.

Return Policy

Standard Returns

Regularly stocked items must be returned within 14 days from the received date, unused and in original packaging. Items delivered over 14 days ago are not eligible for return.


The following items may NOT be returned under any circumstances:

Defective Merchandise

Missing Product

Report missing items within five business days from delivery. We'll investigate and respond promptly.


Exchange of Items Delivered

Return Process

Refund

After inspection, approved returns are refunded. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Allow up to 30 business days for processing.


Restocking Fees

Yes, a 25% restocking fee on the value of all items to be returned is charged and deducted from the total refund amount.
