Charlie’s Fixtures LLC’s (”Charlie’s Fixtures”) Shipping Policy governs issues relating to the delivery and return of products purchased through this website.
This Shipping Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
1. Shipping Guidelines
In order to provide you with a worry-free shipment, please follow these simple tips:
a. Provide the recipient name and phone number so we can contact you if and when there is any problem with your shipment.
b. Ensure your shipping address is correct.
c. P.O. Boxes may not be listed as the shipping address.
d. If the package is delivered to a business address (any place other than the residence), the business name must be indicated.
e. Businesses located at a residential address will be considered as a residential address, and additional charges may apply.
f. If you are not sure if an item will fit inside your building, please contact our shipping experts at firstname.lastname@example.org for dimensions and specifications of the item you are interested in purchasing. Any failed or denied deliveries will be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to re-delivery charges.

2. Delivery of Items Ordered
We aim to provide quick and efficient shipping. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be shipped. In the event that an item is back ordered, our sales team will contact you with further information. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
We undertake to deliver only those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. Until the Order Confirmation is sent to your email address for a specific product, we will not be obliged to deliver the product to you.

3. Delivery Address
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated in the order form. We may contact you to verify the correct billing address if the shipping address is different from the billing address which the credit card company has on file.
During the verification process, your order will remain on hold for a maximum period of fourteen (14) business days. Failure to receive a response to our verification request within this period may cause the cancellation of your order.
4. Shipping Times
Actual shipping times are contingent upon the availability of merchandise and credit verification.
5. Standard Delivery
By choosing a standard delivery, the driver will not be responsible for removing the freight item from the truck, nor bringing the freight item inside your shipping address. You will be expected to arrange the removal of your order from the delivery truck. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock, we recommend that you purchase a lift-gate delivery option when placing your order.
6. Expedited Delivery
For expedited shipping options, please contact us at (833)-580-0008 or email@example.com. Please be advised that additional shipping charges will apply.
7. Instructions for Receiving Freight
Please carefully and thoroughly inspect the items being delivered before acknowledging receipt of the delivery. The delivery driver is required to wait while are unpacking your items. Once the items have been duly acknowledged as being received in good condition, Charlie’s Fixtures liability will be terminated. Please call Charlie’s Fixtures at (833)-580-0008 if you encounter any problems with the freight delivery or driver.
8. Package Inspection
Any package that has visible external damage should be refused. Do not sign the freight shipment receipt. Let the driver know that you are refusing the shipment due to the damages.
While unpacking, please inspect the item delivered for the following possible damages:
a. The exterior of the item for scratches, dents or dings;
b. Equipment corners for dents or crimps;
c. Coils, wires, pipes, screens, and grillwork for crimps, punctures or damage; and,
d. Glass and plastic components for scratches or cracks
If you encounter any of the above damages, please call Charlie’s Fixtures immediately at (833)-580-0008.
9. Receipt of Delivery
Once you or your authorized representative signs for receipt of delivery, you are hereby taking full responsibility for the ordered items. Charlie’s Fixtures will have no obligation to replace the item once the delivery receipt has been signed.
If you choose to accept a damaged item, Charlie’s Fixtures will not be responsible for replacing the item.
10. Multiple Items
We will ship orders once every item is available for delivery. If you have orders for items which we currently do not have in stock and would like your remaining order to be shipped separately, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional shipping charges will apply for splitting orders.
11. Back Ordered Items
In the event that some items in your order are back ordered, we will delay the shipment of your order until all items are available for delivery.
12. Lift-gate Service
Our standard freight service does not include the item being taken out of the truck, or delivered into the building or your residence.
Items that are to be shipped through freight carrier will require lift-gate. A lift-gate can safely unload heavy and bulky items. Lift-gate is recommended for deliveries to commercial and residential addresses which do not have a loading dock. Our freight carriers will deliver most products to residential addresses. If you operate a business through your residence, you will be required to indicate that the delivery will be made to a residential address during checkout.
Having a lift-gate can facilitate the unloading of the delivery from the truck.
If lift-gate service option is not chosen during checkout:
a. Delivery personnel will not be required to unload your shipment from the truck.
b. The responsibility to remove the shipment safely from the truck will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
c. Failure to remove the shipment from the truck will result in additional re-delivery shipping charges.
13. Delayed Delivery
We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred arising out of our late delivery.
If the delay is due to a backorder which has not arrived, you will be notified and will be given a choice to retain your backorder or substitute the backorder for another item.
14. Failed Shipment
If your shipment cannot be delivered for the following reasons, among others, you will be held responsible for shouldering all freight charges, storage fees, and subsequent redelivery fees:
a. an undeliverable address;
b. failure to request for a lift-gate prior to delivery;
c. a designated party is not available to receive the shipment; and,
d. the inability of the freight delivery personnel to contact the buyer.

15. Delivery Limitations
While we strive to provide nationwide delivery coverage, we may not have delivery capabilities in some locations. Should we encounter issues with shipper availability, our customer service representative will notify you to arrange for the delivery of your order to an alternative delivery address, or for the cancellation of the order, whichever the case may be.
All risk in the products’ condition shall pass to you upon delivery. Where the delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred if not for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be held liable for any losses and/or damages to the Product. Any breach of obligations by you may impact your ability to shop with Charlie’s Fixtures.
