Promotion Policy

Charlie's Fixtures LLC's ("Charlie's Fixtures") Promotion Policy govern issues relating to the current promotions offered in this website. The provisions of Charlie's Fixtures' Shipping Policy apply in a suppletory manner.

The Promotion Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

1. Qualifications for "Free Shipping on Your First Purchase"

The following qualifications must be met for your purchase to be eligible for free shipping:

a. This must be the first purchase made on your account; and,

b. The shipping address must be within California, United States, regardless of where the order is made.

Once your order is eligible, you must select the “Free Shipping” option when selecting your delivery method during checkout.

2. Services Not Included in "Free Shipping on Your First Purchase"

Deliveries under this promotion do not include the following services:

a. Installation;

b. Lift-gate service;

c. White glove services beyond the on-site time of 30 minutes to an hour; and,

d. Haul-away of old equipment.

If you wish to avail of these services, please contact us at (833)-580-0008 or at support@charliesfixtures.com after receiving your Order Confirmation. Additional charges will apply for these services.

3. Delivery

Once we send you the Order Confirmation, the products whose dispatches were confirmed will be shipped within five (5) business days. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped. Shipments will be delivered between Mondays to Fridays, excluding federal holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In the event that an item is backordered, our sales team will contact you with further information.

4. Single Attempt Delivery

Free shipping only covers a single attempt delivery to the shipping address. In the event of a failed delivery, we will contact you for the subsequent delivery and the payment of the redelivery fee at the standard rate.

The following reasons, among others, may lead to a failed delivery:

a. An undeliverable address;

b. Failure to request for a lift-gate prior to delivery, if necessary;

c. An authorized representative is not available to receive the shipment; and,

d. Inability of the freight delivery personnel to contact the receiving party.

5. Cancellation of First Purchase

In the event that your first purchase is cancelled, you may still avail of this promotion on your subsequent purchase.

6. Return

All purchases may be returned in accordance with Charlie's Fixtures' Return Policy.

7. Miscellaneous

Charlie's Fixtures may refuse to recognize qualifying purchases that it deemed to be fraudulently or improperly obtained. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts created by the same person.
